The basics-
I’m a gringa, a Polish-American raised in Philly and last seen in Brooklyn, NY.
I started teaching English after 3 years of working for various NGO’s and community organizations in Philadelphia.
On a teaching exchange-cum-vacation stint in Brazil, I met a guy and… five years later, I had a Brazilian green-card.
Now, I live in Brazil and dream of America, especially:
- subways
- deli’s
- bagels
- pretzel stands
- take-away coffee
- and the English language
